Approach

Mediascape's approach to projects is signified by flexibility and customer care. We deliver solutions, tailor-made to your organization and wishes. As a result your input during the development process is very important. Regular feedback sessions ensure that you are kept totally up to date regarding the project's progress. It goes without saying that you continously have the oppertunity to request the changes that you see fit.

Naturally we're also at your disposal when you might have other questions.

Mediascape aims to keep things as down to earth as possible. No complex procedures, account managers and other pompous dealings. But direct lines of communication, personal contact and an energetic approach.

With regards to to new projects, our approach can be summed up in 3 simple steps:

Exploration

As a first step we discuss together what exactly you hope to achieve with this project and any specific wishes you might have. Then we look at how this can be best realized. A single element (like a website) might suffice but perhaps a mixture of a number of different media (like a leaflet in combination with a cd-rom) will bring the message home more clearly. We will advise you regarding these possibilities and decide together on the preffered approach.

Based on the information we gathered from our meeting, we will make a cost and time estimation, needed for realization of this project. We will present this to you in the form of an order confirmation or quotation (whatever has your preference).

Realization

The moment you return a signed copy of the order confirmation or quote the project will shift into the next phase. Together with you we will set all the details concerning the project in stone, so that you will have a clear view of what will follow. After this the actual development commences, starting with a design proposal. Using the previously mentioned feedback sessions the project is given concrete form and step by step we move forward towards the planned end-result.

Delivery

Thanks to your input, the periodical feedback sessions and the changes that you (may have) requested during development, this last phase is usually just a formality. After all, the project is basically already in the state that you wish it to be. But of course there is also the possibility that upper management or a workgroup within your organization needs to ultimately green-light the project, perhaps you want try it out on a focusgroup first or there may be an initial need for some training (in which we can be of service too). In any case, at this advanced stage you still have to possibility to request changes and delivery will only take place after you give the go-ahead.
